Brave New Spirits "Ghost of the Hill" Port Dundas 17 Year was distilled in March 2006 and rested for 17 years in a first-fill Lafite Wine Barrique before bottling in April 2023.

Nose: Herbaceous aroma. Fresh air beside the lake.
Palate: Liquorice roots, toasted coconut, prickly pear, autumn forest.
Finish: Medium - with the finish shifting from the palate's earthiness to a more fruity profile.
