Watt Whisky Strathmill Single Malt was distilled in 2014 and rested in an ex-bourbon hogshead for the full 10 years before being bottled without added colour or chill filtration.
Built in 1892, the Strathmill Distillery was originally called Glenisla-Glenlivet. It was sold in 1895 to W.A. Gilbey (Gilbey's Gin), which was expanding its Scotch portfolio.
Eventually, Strathmill became an integral part of the J&B family. Its only official release was part of Diageo's Flora & Fauna range in the 1990s.
