Baldur's Release No. 004 Canadian Single Malt Whisky is the result of time, tradition and expert craftsmanship.
Made exclusively from 100% malted barley, their 4th release is carefully distilled in small batches and aged for seven years in new American oak casks.
It's then finished in once-used bourbon barrels and bottled at cask strength.
Baldur’s (formerly known as LMD Whisky)carries on a tradition of excellence. Saskatchewan grains are milled and mashed on-site, ensuring the freshest ingredients go into every bottle.
Each release then undergoes a unique process — first in new charred oak casks for boldness and finished in bespoke casks for a touch of unexpected flavour.
Expect bold notes of vanilla, caramel and toasted spice with honeyed sweetness, oak depth and a hint of dark chocolate for a rich, complex finish.
