Nose: Plenty of damp wood, sea sprayed driftwood and, curiously, honeydew melon.
Palate: Briny notes carry from the nose along with sweet fruit notes. Mid palate brings tangy citrus and creamy vanilla wafers.
Finish: Extended finish with lingering minerality and that sea-air freshness.
