Seaweed & Aeons & Butterscotch & Vanilla Blended Whisky is made from two award-winning whiskies that both won Gold at the 2023 Global Whisky Masters.
Whisky #1 is Seaweed & Aeons & Digging & Fire 10 Year Old, a rich, Islay peated malt.
Whisky #2 is Butterscotch & Vanilla & Toast & A Generation 30 Year Old creamy grain whisky.
Independent bottler &Whisky blended the remaining stock of these two beauties 50/50, resulting in a classic peat-forward blended Scotch reminiscent of the great blends of the past.
Nose: Gentle smoke, campfire toasted marshmallow, bacon wrapped scallops in puff pastry.
Palate: Salted caramel in milk chocolate, silky peat, oak spices, and soft grain.
Finish: Earthy peat lingers until the end, along with buttery pastry from the nose.
