Symington’s 10 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky is a small-batch release created by independent bottler Signatory Vintage.
It features Edradour and Ben Nevis single malts alongside North British grain whisky in equal proportions (50% Single Malt | 50% Single Grain).
Tasting Notes
Nose: Soft toffee, melting Ferrero Rocher, baked apples, dried fruits, cherry notes, and a gentle backdrop of vanilla ice cream and Christmas cake.
Palate: Creamy, oily mouthfeel with cola cubes, orange marmalade, honey, sweet grain, and subtle ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon spice from the Edradour influence.
Finish: Warm, smooth, and medium-length, leaving a lingering bittersweet dark-chocolate and gentle sherried-malt echo.
