Watt Whisky Dalrymple Blended Malt 11 Year was distilled in 2012 and rested for 11 years in an ex-bourbon hogshead.
Dalrymple is a 100% Blended Malt whisky that uses a 'teaspooned' single malt from the Ailsa Bay Distillery in the southwest of the Scottish Lowlands. The 'teaspoon whisky' is unknown.
The added 'teaspoon' makes up roughly 0.002% of a standard cask, meaning the taste remains virtually unchanged, but because the whisky is teaspooned, it can't be called a single malt.
