Hibiki
The product of three Japanese distilleries owned by Suntory: malt distilleries Yamazaki and Hakushu provide the single malt component while
the Chita distillery provides the grain component. Yamazaki was built in 1923 under the guidance of Scottish distillery-trained Masataka Taketsuru. Suntory's second malt distillery, Hakushu, was built in 1973 ... a year after the Chita grain distillery was commissioned.
