When the distillery was founded in 2014, it represented the first distillery in the Oakland area since Prohibition. Believing that good whiskey is a
combination of tradition, technique and time, they did not release their first rye expression until 2016 and first single malt until 2020. The pride of producing grain-to-glass whiskey in house is evident in every bottle.
