Harvested at night when the grapes have reached optimum ripeness, enhancing an intense aroma. Low temperature fermentation to preserve the individual aromas of each variety. Varietals of Moscatel De Alejandría and Chardonnay
Tasting Notes
Shiny golden-yellow, ample ripe fruit aroma with typical floral notes of Moscatel grapes. Long, greasy in the mouth and leaves a pleasant white grape taste.
Food Pairings
Fish, shellfish, white meats, rice, pasta, cold meats. Also ideal for accompanying
snacks. Serve at 8-10ºC.
