The inaugural gin from Alberta's newest distillery ... a distillery so new that they have not yet finished construction on their permanent home (which is located south and west of Spruce Grove, Alberta). But the owner/distiller set up his stills at an established, working distillery in rural Alberta and got to work producing a true Alberta gin worthy of the wild west. Bottled at a hefty 47.2% ABV, this is the most remarkable gin we have welcomed into our store this year (2021). We are looking forward to great spirits (of all types) from this distillery in the years to come. But be aware that this first run is very limited.
