A blend of 7 and 11 year old Kentucky bourbon finished in Maison Ferrand cognac barrels for 8 months.
Mashbill:
7 year - Corn 78% / Rye 10% / Malted Barley 12%
11 year - Corn 75% / Rye 13% / Malted Barley 12%
Nose: Demerara sugar, fresh strawberries and baking spices.
Palate: Apricot, raisins, nutmeg, cinnamon, and sweet oak spices.
Finish: Medium long with apricot and baking spices carrying through from the palate.
