Cooperstown Distillery employs the highest quality artisanal distilling practices. Using almost entirely New York State grains, we produce a full line of spirits. Cooperstown is a farm distillery and member of The Cooperstown Beverage Trail. The distillery works to “know their farmers” and produce spirits made from select grains grown by people they trust and respect. The distillery's custom-crafted stills are the focal point of the Railroad Avenue location.
Nose: Strangely appealing trio of cracked corn, mint, and buttered popcorn. It shouldn't work but it does.
Palate: Medium weight mouthfeel with flavours of oatmeal, vanilla, and barrel spice.
Finish: Long and smooth - with that mint-i-ness still prevailing.
