It all began during the 18th century as we started out as grocers but have since grown into whisky brokers, blenders, bottlers and of course, distillers. There has been over five generations of the Morrison family involved in the whisky business including grocers, brokers, blenders, bottlers and distillers, making them one of Scotland’s oldest whisky families. Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers is solely owned and operated by one of Scotland’s oldest and most prominent whisky families, Jamie and Brian Morrison. It marks the Morrison family’s return to distilling since Brian Morrison sold Morrison Bowmore Distillers, after nearly 25 years.
MS Bottling: This first-fill bourbon, single cask offering is exclusive to Whisky Drop and Vines of Riverbend. Selected to raise funds for the MS Society of Canada, this remarkable Speyside product is bottled at natural cask strength and is non-coloured and non-chill filtered. Total worldwide outturn: 237 bottles.
