Creek Water is what you would expect from an all-American whiskey but more than you would expect from a bourbon. It’s fun, it stirs up feelings of home, tradition, and brings out the daredevil in us all. The warmth and smoothness of this whiskey make it perfect for all whiskey fans, neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails. Similar to Canadian and Irish Whiskey, Creek Water is carefully crafted in Durham, North Carolina using a bourbon mash if 21% Rye, 4% Malted Barley and 75% Corn.
Nose: Maple syrup, caramel, tobacco, and smoke.
Palate: Predominantly rye spiciness which tamps down the corn sweetness - complemented with traditional oak vanillans.
Finish: Pleasant medium finish with that sweetness expected from the mash.
