Dràm Mòr is an independent spirits bottler established in 2019 by husband and wife team Kenny and Viktorija Macdonald. The company started as an export agency for Scottish brands, but as demand for independent, high-quality spirits increased, they decided it was time to venture into the world of independent bottling. They provide bespoke single cask spirits to 14 countries worldwide and were delighted to grow the business portfolio to include a range of spirits along with carefully selected whiskies. At Dràm Mòr, not only do they have a knack for finding the right spirit, but they also pride themselves on their cask selection. They will taste the spirits and find the cask that best reflects the potential of that spirit, as they source sherry casks along with ports, dessert wines, red wines, rum, cognac and the finest ex-bourbon.
Nose: Dusty books and linseed oil with a delightful agricole note following accompanied by a delightfully under ripe tropical fruit.
Palate: Cut grass with molasses and liquorice all combine to give a wonderfully dry rum with a strong undercurrent of cola nut, vanilla and boiled butterscotch sweets.
Finish: Exceptionally clean and clear oak, beautifully crisp.
