Glen Elgin whiskies are primarily limited-edition, independent bottlings from the Speyside distillery (owned by Diageo), often featuring special cask finishes.
This single malt matured for a total of nine years before finishing in a Pedro Ximénez hogshead. Finishing in PX traditionally brings sweet spices and sticky toffee to the whisky.
That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles limited edition whiskies from a variety of renowned distilleries, as well as producing award-winning blends, all adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
At the end of 2025, the team went through their warehouse and chose a handful of the best single casks for a limited edition series.
Total worldwide outturn: 420 bottles.
Nose: Terry's Orange Chocolate, fresh orchard apples, rice pudding and sticky toffee.
Palate: Layers of Lavender honey, Danish pastry filled with vanilla cream and plump raisins.
Finish: Long and sweet, vanilla fudge and milky hot chocolate.
