GlenAllachie 12 year old is the heart of our range - a landmark bottling. Best casks were used and this expression was bottled at 46% under the watchful eye of Master Distiller Billy Walker. It is non chill-filtered and natural colour.
Nose: Butterscotch and honey playing the lead, with raisins and mocha in the background.
Palate: Honey, marzipan and bananas, with lashings of butterscotch, raisins and a delicate hint of mocha.
Finish: Very slightly chocolatey on the finish.
