Glynnevan is a unique Canadian rye whisky, earning its character from a journey across our great nation. Here against the Atlantic Ocean, we barrel age the spirit of prairie grain to give Glynnevan a distinct Maritimes character, softening and adding depth and complexity to the whisky.
Finished in freshly drained oak barrels used to mature award-winning Fortress® Rum at the Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic Site on Cape Breton Island, Glynneven Cabot Triple Barrelled is uniquely Nova Scotian, taking Canadian whisky to a new level. It opens with a sweet nose of butterscotch and tropical fruit. The palate is complex and warming with classic rye spices, cinnamon, vanilla, caramel and toasted oak. A dram to be sipped with the finest of friends and family.
