High West The Prisoner's Share is the company's 2026 blend—the first to feature High West’s own straight bourbon whiskey, artfully combined with their straight rye and select sourced bourbon and rye whiskeys.
This unique blend is then finished in The Prisoner Red Blend wine barrels.
Producer's Tasting Notes
Nose: Ripe raspberries, black cherry cobbler, red wine-poached pears, tiramisu, dark chocolate, chai spices, violets, toasted cinnamon bark, Italian leather notebook.
Palate: Medjool dates, dried cranberries, smoked apples with vanilla custard, fig jam thumbprint cookies, cappuccino, clove, crystallised ginger, seasoned red cedar, sipping chocolate melting over a wood fire.
Finish: Boysenberry preserves and star anise.
