Nose: Christmas spices - nutmeg, cinnamon, treacle and, surprisingly, pine needles.
Palate: Cinnamon and treacle carry through from the nose, charred oak, campfire s'mores, and stewed, stone fruits.
Finish: Long and warming. Do I detect gingerbread?
