This "Secret Canadian Distillery 24 Year - Elbows Up Edition" is a limited-release Canadian corn whisky bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company for their Master of Malt series.
Distilled in September, 2001 and bottled in March, 2026, this beast clocks in at an impressive 67% ABV, a nod to Canada's Confederation in 1867 and was one of 911 bottles.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Fruit-forward – pineapple, papaya and green apple. Vanilla wafers and freshly polished oak.
Palate: Zesty, rich oak spice, honey, fresh tropical nutty chocolate fudge.
Finish: Long finish with more earthy tones coming to the fore. Hints of leather and tobacco lurk at the very end.
