Nose: Very aromatic and fresh — almost minty. Citrus, vanilla, candy, spice and a bit of dark fruit and sugar.
Palate: Incredibly smooth mouthfeel for a rye — clean and balanced. Citrus, vanilla, oak, old-time butterscotch candy, then the caraway and fennel seed kick in.
Finish: Medium, dry spiciness, some sweetness - vanilla and butterscotch.
