Moonbroch Whisky is a premium collection of some of the finest whiskies available today. The brand has a solid track record of selecting only the best casks from the top distilleries. Each bottle is carefully chosen by a team of experts, who ensure that the spirit has reached its greatest potential before bottling.
Burnside is the name given to ‘teaspooned’ Balvenie whisky (likely Glenfiddich) making it a 100% blended malt. This expression was distilled in 1998 and rested for 26 years in a single Sherry Butt prior to bottling in 2024. Bottled at a healthy 46% ABV without added colour or chill filtration.
Nose: Intense dried fruits mingle with citrus and rum-soaked raisins.
Palate: Christmas pudding, cinnamon, nutmeg and red plums.
Finish: Long finish with subtle toasted oak, vanilla and white pepper
