Old Grand Dad Bonded Bourbon is a time-honoured expression of American whiskey tradition, uncompromising in character and bottled under the exacting standards of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. It maintains a distinctive flavour and appeal that, during US Prohibition, made it one of the most popular spirits in the country.
In accordance with the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, Old Grand-Dad Bonded Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged for at least four years, contains liquid that is the product of a single distillation season and a single distiller.
Producer's Tasting Notes
Nose: Aromas of cinnamon, citrus peel and toasted oak with hints of dried fruits.
Palate: Medium-bodied notes of sweet vanilla, hints of dried fruits and rye-forward warmth.
Finish: Long, lingering peppery finish.
