Producer's Tasting Notes
Nose: Sultanas and candied orange, then buttery vanilla, marzipan, and the gentle spice of gingerbread.
Palate: Baked apple and cinnamon open into vanilla custard and warming spice. The coastal brine cuts through.
Finish: Lingering plum jam sweetness and warming spices.
