This independently bottled Arran single malt was distilled at the Lochranza distillery in 1998 and matured for 24 years in a refill hogshead.
It was released at true cask strength without added colour or chill filtration.
Total worldwide outturn: 243 bottles.
Nose: Impressive depth, plenty of fruit, herbal notes and tea spice.
Palate: A rich, complex taste with macerated fruit, orange sherbet and cherry cola.
Finish: Long and sweet with some pleasant drying oak.
