Benrinnes Casks 104 and 106 were bottled by Signatory Vintage for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. The Speyside Scotch whisky was distilled in 2010 and aged in oloroso sherry casks for 12 years. Bottled without chill-filtration or added colour.
Nose: Stone fruit with sweet lavender honey.
Palate: Apple pie (with cinnamon), heavy sherry cask influence and roasted chess nuts.
Finish: Sherry notes linger with hints of milk chocolate.
