Distilled in 1995 at the now shuttered Port Dundas distillery, this Lowland single grain spent nearly three decades maturing in a single bourbon hogshead (cask 64936) before being bottled by Signatory Vintage. It showcases the elegance of long-aged grain whisky. Total worldwide outturn: 218 bottles.
Nose: Soft, with whiffs of vanilla fudge, caramel and well-soaked oak.
Palate: Creamy mouthfeel that delivers toffee, lavender honey and crème brûlée with a topping of light tropical fruit.
Finish: Medium length with vanilla bean and gentle oak spice.
