Arette’s legacy is rooted in the town of Tequila, in the heartland of Jalisco. It is crafted at the historic El Llano Distillery, founded in 1900, making it one of the region's oldest distilleries.
The Process: After 15 hours of roasting, agave is shredded and fermented with a special house yeast in the distillery's original cement vat for 6-7 days, then pot-distilled and double-filtered before bottling.
This expression is earthy, slightly smoky, spicy and peppery with a medium-long finish.
