The Macallan Classic Cut is a series of annual expressions that celebrate Macallan’s ongoing commitment to seeking out the extraordinary and, in doing so, create whiskies of unique character.
This exceptional single malt has been matured in a combination of sherry-seasoned European and American oak, as well as ex-bourbon casks. The 2024 version of the Classic Cut is the eighth release in the series, created by whisky maker Steven Bremmer.
Producer's Tasting Notes:
Nose: Rich vanilla, orchard fruits, marzipan, citrus peel, freshly picked herbs and sweet oak.
Palate: Rich vanilla, baked custard. milk chocolate, sweet green apple and balanced oak spices.
Finish: Long, rich and sweet finish.
