A beautifully distinctive six-year-old Irish Single Malt, crafted entirely from peated malt and matured in American oak before being finished in a Romanian wine cask, bringing together layers of smoky Irish malt and rich red-wine character.
Selected as a highly limited cask by Two Stacks and Sean Kincaid (Dark Cloud Whisky), Canada Cloud Cask III is bottled exclusively for the Alberta market.
Expect gentle peat smoke balanced by rich fruit, oak spice and wine-driven depth, with the underlying malt remaining firmly at the heart of the whiskey.
