Two Stacks Smoke & Mirrors Peated Stout Cask Single Malt is an intriguing blend of 10% double malt and 30% triple-peated malt — both matured in ex-bourbon casks — and 60% triple-distilled malt aged in ex-bourbon and ex-Imperial stout casks.
Nose: Aromas of Casaba melons, freshly cut grain fields, stone fruit, caramel and soft peat smoke.
Palate: A creamy vanilla mouthfeel, with notes of lavender honey, dry peat, apricots, and dark chocolate carrying through to the back palate.
Finish: Lingering smokiness with smooth, dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and dark, dried fruit.
